Return & Refund Policy

At La Casa de Hype, we are committed to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time and accurately. We value your satisfaction and aim to make the return and refund process seamless and straightforward.

Returns and Refunds:

We offer a 30-day return policy. From the day you receive your item, you have 30 days to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at casadehype@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we guarantee to issue you a free replacement or refund. Please contact us at casadahype@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item(s) and packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your replacement or refund. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit once they are in the carrier's hands.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). Returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are not allowed.
